💔 TikTok Star Ordered to Pay $1.75M for “Stealing” Married Man — Jury Finds Brenay Kennard Broke Up North Carolina Woman’s Marriage 👀⚖️

A North Carolina jury just handed down a $1.75 million verdict that has social media in complete shock! TikTok influencer Brenay Kennard, known for her “Get Ready With Me” videos and mukbangs with nearly 3 million followers, was found liable for wrecking another woman’s marriage — and the court made her pay up big time.

The civil case, filed in Durham County Court, was brought by Akira Montague, who accused Kennard of seducing and having an affair with her husband, Tim Montague, ultimately ending their marriage.

Akira’s attorney, Robonetta Jones, said after the verdict:

“She has received justice from losing her husband and the father of her children.”

According to court documents, Akira and Tim had been married since 2018, but their relationship took a turn when Kennard allegedly entered the picture. The lawsuit was filed under North Carolina’s rare “alienation of affection” law, which allows a spouse to sue anyone who interferes with their marriage — a law still active in only a handful of U.S. states.

After nearly two hours of deliberation, the jury ruled in Akira’s favor, awarding $1.5 million for alienation of affection and another $250,000 for criminal conversation — the legal term for having sex with someone’s spouse.

Kennard, who represented herself, denied the accusations, claiming Akira’s marriage was already over and that Tim “made his own choices.” But Akira’s legal team presented social media videos of Kennard joking about buying pregnancy tests and bragging about making Akira “uncomfortable.”

When the verdict came down, the courtroom erupted as supporters shouted “Team A-Kira!”, while Akira broke down hugging her attorney.

Kennard called the decision “unfair,” accusing Akira of being “bitter” and seeking revenge. She hasn’t confirmed whether she plans to appeal the ruling.

One thing’s for sure — the internet is watching every move from both sides.
