Sidney Starr’s Mug Shot Released as Reality Star Remains Jailed on Multiple Felony Child Sex Charges

Reality television personality Sidney Starr, born Sidney Favors, is behind bars after being arrested in Georgia on multiple felony charges involving an alleged sexual assault of a juvenile.

Authorities have now released Starr’s mug shot following the arrest, which stems from an alleged incident at the Embassy Suites in the 3400 block of International Boulevard in Hapeville.

According to police, Favors was taken into custody on Sunday and charged with:

• Sexual Battery Against a Child Under 16
• Aggravated Child Molestation
• Sodomy

Starr is currently being held at the Fulton County Jail as the case moves forward.

Law enforcement officials say the investigation has now been turned over to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, which will handle the prosecution.

Authorities have not released additional details about the allegations.

In a statement to FOX 5 Atlanta, the Hapeville Police Department said, “Because this case involves a juvenile, no additional information will be released from our agency.”

Sidney Starr has built a following through reality television and social media, appearing on shows including “Baddies,” “Baddies ATL,” “Star,” and “Empire.”

The investigation remains ongoing. As with all criminal proceedings, the charges are allegations, and Sidney Starr is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
