The former Miss USA winner popped out aboard the Seafair Mega Yacht during the 2026 Miss USA and Miss Teen USA 75th Diamond Anniversary celebration week, looking glamorous as she prepares to return to the Miss USA stage.

But while Kenya was celebrating pageantry, fans were focused on her face — with some speculating that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star may have undergone a facelift and/or eye lift.

There has been no confirmation from Kenya Moore that she underwent either procedure, so the online speculation remains just that — speculation.

The timing of Kenya’s Miami appearance couldn’t be more fitting.

More than three decades after winning the Miss USA crown, Moore is returning to the pageant stage as a co-host of the Miss USA 75th Diamond Celebration.

Kenya will share hosting duties with Ian Ziering, known for Beverly Hills, 90210 and the Sharknado franchise.

The two-hour celebration will air live Thursday, August 27 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW from Miami’s Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
