Tory Lanez Fears For His Life Behind Bars, Seeks Restraining Order Against Prison Guard After Brutal Stabbing

Tory Lanez is back in court, and this time the rapper says his safety is once again at risk behind prison walls.

According to newly filed court documents, Tory is asking a federal judge to grant a restraining order against a correctional officer at California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo. The rapper claims he has been subjected to ongoing threats, intimidation, and harassment that have left him fearing for his life.

Tory’s legal team alleges that a prison guard is attempting to transfer him into what they describe as a more dangerous housing unit. The filing also claims a correctional officer referenced the rapper’s near-fatal prison stabbing in a manner that Tory interpreted as threatening.

The request comes months after Tory survived a violent prison attack in which he was stabbed 14 times and suffered two collapsed lungs. The incident sent shockwaves through social media and the music industry, with many questioning how such an attack could occur.

Following the stabbing, Tory filed a $100 million lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, along with prison officials and correctional officers. The lawsuit alleges that prison staff failed to protect him from an inmate with a documented history of violence.

Now, Tory says he fears additional retaliation due to that lawsuit. In the latest filing, he argues that the emotional and physical trauma from the stabbing remains significant and that any move to a more dangerous section of the prison could put his life at risk once again.

The rapper is asking the court to order that the correctional officer have no direct contact with him outside of normal prison duties and to prohibit any retaliatory actions against him while incarcerated.

A judge has yet to rule on the request.

As Tory continues serving his sentence, the legal battle surrounding his treatment behind bars appears far from over.
