Boxing champion Gervonta “Tank” Davis has once again found himself in legal trouble — this time for allegedly assaulting the mother of his children during a Father’s Day custody exchange.

TMZ Sports confirmed the 30-year-old fighter was arrested early Friday morning and booked for domestic violence. His mugshot, showing a blank expression and a white polo shirt, has already begun circulating online.

According to reporter Andy Slater, Davis had been wanted by police since the June 15th incident, which allegedly took place shortly after 9 PM. The situation unfolded during a routine handoff of his children in Miami Beach.

The alleged victim, Davis’ ex-girlfriend, told police that a verbal altercation quickly escalated into violence. She claims Davis struck her in the back of the head and slapped her across the face, leaving a visible laceration.

Adding weight to the allegations, the woman’s mother told authorities she witnessed the aftermath — describing her daughter as “visibly distressed and crying.”

Police say the woman provided a video recording of the argument, which reportedly shows Davis throwing a small box directly at her during the heated exchange.

Davis was ultimately arrested after a license plate reader flagged his vehicle during a routine traffic stop in Miami Beach.

This isn’t Davis’ first brush with the law. The undefeated boxer has a history of arrests, including prior allegations of domestic violence and assault.

As of now, Davis has not issued a public statement. The investigation is ongoing.
