Will Smith is once again trending after the open relationship fiasco. This time around the star and Jada have bought a new mansion that cost 11.3M. Phew, that is triple the amount of what most celebs make.

The estate is located in Hidden Hil, CA. The gated community has been the hub for most celebrities who have purchased a home in the neighborhood, including Drake, Kaley Cuoco, Lil Wayne, and Kylie Jenner.
