⚖️ Will Smith Slams Violinist’s Lawsuit as “Money Grab,” Asks Judge To Throw Out Sexual Harassment Claims

Hollywood superstar Will Smith is fighting back in court, asking a judge to dismiss what his legal team is calling an “absurd” and “frivolous” sexual harassment lawsuit filed by tour violinist Brian King Joseph.

According to newly filed court documents, Smith’s attorneys argue that Joseph is attempting to “maliciously ensnare” the Oscar-winning actor in a case built on false and inflammatory allegations. The motion states that while the claims may generate tabloid headlines, they are legally baseless and amount to nothing more than an attempted money grab.

Smith has firmly denied ever sexually harassing Joseph.

The lawsuit reportedly references a strange incident in which someone broke into Joseph’s Las Vegas hotel room and left behind a bottle of HIV medication, an earring, and a note. However, court filings acknowledge that it remains unknown who was responsible for the break-in.

Smith’s legal team maintains that neither he nor anyone associated with him had any involvement in the incident.

The case now heads to the judge’s desk, where a decision will be made on whether the lawsuit will proceed or be dismissed entirely.

As the situation unfolds, both sides appear prepared for a legal battle — but Smith’s camp is making it clear they intend to shut the case down quickly.
