Trey Songz is once again facing legal trouble — this time accused of violently attacking a cameraman during an event at The Ivy in Huntington, New York, over the weekend.

The alleged victim, Isaa Mansoor, tells TMZ Hip Hop that he was hired to film video content for the venue’s owner early Sunday morning. Mansoor claims Trey arrived with an entourage and was fully aware that photographers had been authorized to capture footage of his appearance.

But tensions reportedly escalated as the night went on. Mansoor says a dispute broke out between Trey and several individuals, and the singer grew visibly irritated when fans started asking him for photos and videos.

According to Mansoor, the situation turned violent when the club owner asked him to get one last shot of Trey in front of the Ivy’s logo. As Mansoor began filming, he claims Trey suddenly attacked him — punching him in the head, slamming him against a wall, and destroying two of his cameras.

In the midst of the assault, Mansoor says the club owner tried to intervene, telling Trey, “That’s my guy.” Trey reportedly responded, “I don’t give a f***,” and got in the owner’s face with a clenched fist before storming off.

Mansoor fled the scene and called police from a nearby friend’s car. He later checked into a hospital, where he underwent a CT scan and X-rays. He was diagnosed with a concussion, migraine, and ankle pain, and was prescribed medication for his injuries.

A police report was filed, and authorities have confirmed to TMZ that an investigation is underway.

As of now, Trey Songz and his representatives have not issued a statement regarding the allegations.

The R&B singer has faced multiple controversies in recent years and recently released a track claiming he was “wiping the slate clean.” However, this latest incident may signal more legal woes ahead.
