Simon Guobadia appears to be having his own celebration following the reported divorce settlement with Porsha Williams—and he’s making sure fans know there’s another side to the story. 👀

After reports surfaced that Porsha walked away from the divorce with the Atlanta mansion, more than $1.5 million in reimbursement and a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost, Simon took to Instagram Stories with a message seemingly aimed at the narrative surrounding the settlement.

“They Forgot to Mention They Also Inherited $8,000,000 in Debt & Still Got to Pay Me. Being Debt-Free Is My Flex.”

Simon didn’t provide additional details about the alleged $8 million debt in the post, but his message suggests he believes the financial picture surrounding the divorce is more complicated than what has been publicly reported.

And Simon wasn’t done.

He later shared another Instagram Story that appeared to show him at a club or lounge celebrating. The post simply featured the word:

“freedom.”

The posts come shortly after Porsha’s reported divorce settlement made headlines. According to court documents, Porsha said Simon transferred his interest in their Atlanta mansion to her through a quitclaim deed. She also said he agreed she was entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his share of the property’s equity, along with the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.

The former couple married in November 2022, but Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024 after approximately 15 months of marriage.

Now Simon is making it clear that while Porsha may have scored what many are calling a major divorce win, he believes he has his own reason to celebrate.
