Porsha Williams Gets the HOUSE, $1.5 MILLION+ & Rolls-Royce in Simon Guobadia Divorce Settlement!

Porsha Williams is walking away from her divorce with a major bag—and the Atlanta mansion! 👀💰

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has reportedly reached a seven-figure settlement with her ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, and the deal includes the Atlanta home they once shared, more than $1.5 million in reimbursement, and a luxury Rolls-Royce Ghost.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Porsha told the judge Simon transferred his interest in their Atlanta mansion to her through a quitclaim deed, giving her full ownership of the property.

But the house wasn’t the only major piece of the settlement.

Porsha says Simon agreed that she is entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his share of the property’s equity. He also agreed to transfer the title of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost to Porsha.

And there’s more.

Under the agreement, Porsha has full authority to refinance the mansion or sell it in a commercially reasonable manner without needing Simon or an arbitrator to get involved.

The former couple reportedly confirmed the settlement terms under oath during an August 5 hearing, with both sides telling the judge the agreement resolved all remaining issues between them.

Porsha also pointed out in her filing that Simon had already agreed to the terms of the consent order.

The former couple tied the knot in November 2022, but their marriage lasted only about 15 months before Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024.

Now, it looks like Porsha is closing that chapter with a pretty substantial payout—and the keys to the house. 🏠💰
