According to court documents, the judge emphasized that because the prenup took months to negotiate and finalize—with both parties fully agreeing to the terms at the time—it should be upheld without interference from the courts. • Spousal Support: Simon, who was reportedly paying Porsha $30,000 per month while they were dating, continued with $40,000 monthly payments during the marriage—and must now continue paying that amount in alimony.
