Kanye West and his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, have officially reached a settlement in the high-profile sexual harassment lawsuit she filed against the rapper.

According to newly filed court documents, the two parties reached an unconditional settlement on July 23, bringing the legal battle one step closer to an end.

The filing states that a formal request to dismiss the case will be submitted within 45 days of the settlement date. The financial terms and other details of the agreement have not been made public.

Pisciotta first filed the lawsuit in 2024, alleging Kanye subjected her to repeated sexual harassment during her employment before ultimately firing her.

In her complaint, she accused the rapper of sending sexually explicit text messages and videos, along with making inappropriate comments.

The lawsuit also included allegations that Kanye engaged in unwanted sexual conduct during a hotel stay and claimed he drugged her during a studio session that she said was co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Kanye has denied the allegations made against him throughout the legal proceedings.

The settlement resolves the civil lawsuit without a trial and does not constitute an admission of liability by either party.

The case is one of several legal controversies Kanye has faced in recent years. He has also previously been accused of sexual misconduct by another woman, allegations he has denied.

Neither Kanye nor his representatives have publicly commented on the settlement.
