Porsha Williams’ Estranged Husband Simon Guobadia Still in ICE Custody, May Attend Divorce Hearing Under Federal Supervision

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams’ divorce from estranged husband Simon Guobadia is taking a dramatic legal turn, as In Touch exclusively reports that Simon remains detained in an ICE facility and may be escorted to an upcoming court hearing by federal agents.

The former couple, who are battling over the enforcement of their prenuptial agreement, were set to appear in court on April 30. While Porsha and her legal team were present, Simon, 60, was unable to attend due to his continued detention by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Simon’s attorney filed a motion requesting the hearing be delayed, arguing the matter is substantive and could significantly shape the trajectory of the divorce case. The judge granted the continuance and rescheduled the hearing for June 11.

In the court order, the judge acknowledged that ICE officials said they would facilitate Simon’s transport to Fulton County courthouse upon receiving a formal production order. The judge has asked Simon’s attorney to prepare and submit this order promptly.

Additionally, the court left room for remote participation if Simon is released prior to the new hearing date, requesting advance notice if that situation arises.

A source close to Simon confirmed to In Touch that he remains in ICE custody and has yet to be released despite previous expectations. The businessman has reportedly been detained for several weeks, though the reason for his prolonged detention remains unclear.
