Teyana Taylor Files Petition Against Ex-Husband Iman Shumpert Seeking Jail Time Over Leaked Divorce Documents

Teyana Taylor has filed a legal petition against her ex-husband, Iman Shumpert, accusing him of leaking sealed divorce documents to the media. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Taylor claims these leaks have sparked misleading reports about their divorce, subjecting her to unnecessary public scrutiny.
In her petition, Taylor clarifies that there was no “settlement” between the couple. Instead, the court awarded them shared assets, including property, vehicles, and a tour bus. She also disputes false claims surrounding her personal purchases, particularly a Maybach, which she asserts is untrue.
Taylor suggests that the timing of these leaks aligns suspiciously with Shumpert’s music release, potentially indicating a motive behind the disclosures. In response, she is now seeking 20 days of jail time for Shumpert, as well as fines, accusing him of contempt of court for violating the confidentiality of the divorce proceedings.
