Details Behind Arrest Still Developing

Authorities have not yet publicly released full details about what allegedly led to the arrest, including when and where the reported incident occurred or the relationship between Ross and the alleged victim.

CBS News Miami reported that it has requested the arrest report from the Miami Beach Police Department and additional information from the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

The arrest comes days after Ross’ former girlfriend, Jazzma Kendrick, publicly accused him on social media of physical abuse. According to People, Kendrick alleged that Ross injured her lip during an incident she said happened about a month earlier.

Ross had not publicly responded to those allegations, and it has not been established whether Kendrick’s allegations are connected to the charges in Thursday’s arrest.
