Pinky Cole is giving the public a rare look into her finances as details from her ongoing bankruptcy case continue to surface.

According to newly revealed court documents, the entrepreneur and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star reported bringing in approximately $6,000 per month as part of her proposed Chapter 11 reorganization plan. The filing outlines how the founder of the popular Slutty Vegan plans to manage her monthly expenses while working through her financial challenges.

The documents show Pinky budgeting $200 for children’s expenses, $800 for groceries, $80 for gas, $300 for medical costs, $1,574 for Georgia state taxes, and $1,343 for federal taxes. After covering those obligations, she reportedly has about $1,500 left in disposable income each month.

Pinky filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February as she works to restructure her debts and stabilize her finances. Despite the financial hurdles, she continues to fight to protect her assets.

Earlier this year, Pinky alleged that one creditor improperly seized one of her rental properties. However, she was able to regain access to the home after a court ruling allowed her to keep possession of the property while the bankruptcy proceedings continue.
