Ray J is back in the headlines with some jaw-dropping claims about his infamous ex and her momager. During a recent livestream making the rounds on X, the R&B singer alleged that he’s teaming up with federal authorities to put together a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” Ray J declared. “I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’m gonna say a lot of s**t.”

He didn’t stop there. Ray J warned that anyone connected to Kim should brace themselves: “Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”

For context, RICO stands for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a federal law often used in high-profile cases against organized crime and large-scale conspiracies. But so far, Ray J has provided no evidence to support his explosive allegations, and no federal case involving the Kardashians has been confirmed.

This isn’t the first time Ray J has hinted at skeletons in the Kardashians’ closet. Just this past May, while discussing Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal drama on TMZ Presents: United States v. Sean Combs, he said: “If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.”
