🎬👑 The Braxtons Return To We TV For Season 2 — More Drama, More Healing, More Sisterhood

The Braxton family is coming back to our screens, and fans better get ready for laughs, tears, and plenty of drama. We TV has officially announced that The Braxtons will return for its second season on Friday, October 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, with episodes also streaming on ALLBLK.

This season, cameras will once again follow Toni, Towanda, Trina, Tamar, and their mother Evelyn Braxton as they continue to navigate life after the heartbreaking loss of sister Traci Braxton in 2022. Healing from that tragedy remains at the heart of the show, but the sisters still have to deal with real-life challenges that test their bond.

Towanda is preparing to walk down the aisle, but her wedding plans spark tension when old wounds resurface—including drama surrounding Ashlee’s appearance on Tamar’s podcast. Meanwhile, health scares, explosive confrontations, and a public scandal threaten to pull the family apart.

The Braxtons’ comeback feels like a full-circle moment. Their original reality show, Braxton Family Values (2011–2020), made waves as one of the first series to spotlight Black sisterhood in mainstream pop culture. Known for its raw honesty, humor, and the sisters’ unique bond, the show carved out its own lane—different from the glitzy comparisons to Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Season one of The Braxtons (2024) picked up right where the family left off—balancing fame, fortune, and grief. The vulnerability struck a chord, turning the show into We TV’s most-watched original freshman season and the #2 series among Black audiences ages 25–54 on Friday nights.

Now with season two on the way, fans can expect even deeper storylines about reconciliation, family secrets, and resilience, proving once again why the Braxtons remain reality TV royalty.

The season is executive produced by the Braxton women themselves alongside Tara Long, Ri-Karlo Handy, Oji Singletary, Michelle Kongkasuwan, and Datari Turner, with We TV’s Angela Molloy also on board as EP.
