Porsha Williams’ Ex Demands $500K After She Hints He Has Bedroom Issues!

Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, has amplified his legal demands by seeking $500,000 in damages, claiming her social-media posts insinuated he suffers from erectile dysfunction—leading to a loss of business opportunities and reputational harm.

Originally filed in November 2024, Guobadia’s defamation suit alleged that Williams posted Instagram Stories offering erectile dysfunction tips (e.g. diet, stress, exercise), ostensibly under the guise of men’s health awareness, but timed during their divorce in a way that strongly suggested the content was about him—despite no direct mention by name.

In newly obtained court filings from mid-July 2025, Guobadia formally states he is demanding $500,000 from Williams to compensate for lost sponsorship deals and business revenue, along with unspecified general damages for emotional distress, public humiliation, and damage to his professional standing.

His legal team argues the posts were crafted to portray erectile dysfunction as fact rather than opinion, intensifying their defamatory impact and targeting his reputation intentionally. Guobadia has even offered to submit medical records to support his claim of no such condition.

Williams’ legal representatives are pushing to dismiss the lawsuit entirely. They contend her posts never referenced Simon explicitly and that providing general information about a common health issue—with context as #MensHealthAwareness—cannot qualify as defamation. Her team insists she had no malicious intent or direct targeting in the content.
