According to new legal documents, Simon has allegedly skipped payments that include alimony, life insurance obligations, and costs connected to the couple’s former shared home. Porsha’s legal team is now asking a judge to hold him in contempt of court for ignoring the financial agreement.

“Simon has not fulfilled the responsibilities he agreed to,” her lawyers stated firmly in the filing.

The two tied the knot in 2022, but the marriage only lasted about 15 months before things went south. Their split has been far from smooth — fueled by messy money issues and Simon’s immigration troubles. Earlier this year, his U.S. citizenship application was denied, and soon after, he was taken into custody by ICE.

Court records also reveal Simon’s complicated immigration past — arriving in the U.S. in 1982, being ordered deported in 1985, and later re-entering only to overstay again.
