Porsha Williams’ $7M Mansion Slapped With Lien Over Simon Guobadia’s $200K Debt!

The drama between Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams and her ex-husband Simon Guobadia isn’t cooling off anytime soon.

Us Weekly exclusively reports that Simon, 61, has been hit with accusations of failing to pay a six-figure debt to his divorce lawyer, Onyema Farrey. On June 10, Farrey filed an attorney’s lien against Simon’s massive 15,284-square-foot Georgia mansion — the same $7.3 million home now occupied by Porsha, who was granted possession after their split.

According to court documents, Simon owes $205,884.25 for legal services tied to his high-profile divorce. The lien comes just one day before the couple’s divorce was finalized on June 11 — a case that also saw Simon deported to Nigeria due to immigration issues.

Porsha, 44, filed for divorce in February 2024 after just 15 months of marriage, demanding the court enforce their prenup. Simon fought back, claiming Porsha misled him into thinking she’d be a stay-at-home wife and had no plans to return to RHOA.

The judge wasn’t buying it. In a scathing ruling, the court found the prenup valid and Simon’s claims about his $296 million business collapsing “inconsistent” and lacking credibility.

Under the final divorce order, Simon must:

  • Pay Porsha $40,000/month in spousal support for 14 months
  • Hand over the Georgia mansion (Porsha will pay him 50% of the equity)
  • Cover her $224,000 legal bill
  • Leave her with a 2021 Rolls Royce and all cars in her name

Porsha has three years to refinance the mortgage to remove Simon’s name or sell the property.

As for the unpaid lawyer bill? That’s still up in the air — but one thing’s for sure, Simon’s legal drama isn’t over.
