Get ready for a heartfelt and hilarious reunion—Noah’s Arc is officially back, this time as a feature-length film titled Noah’s Arc: The Movie. The beloved series, which broke ground in 2005 as one of the first shows to center the lives of Black queer men, is making its long-awaited return on June 20, streaming on Paramount+ and Showtime.

Created by Patrick-Ian Polk, the original series ran for two seasons on Logo and quickly became a cult classic. Starring Darryl Stephens, Jensen Atwood, Rodney Chester, Doug Spearman, and Christian Vincent, the show followed a tight-knit group of friends navigating love, careers, and identity in Los Angeles.

Now, the original cast reunites for a new chapter that promises even more drama, laughs, and tender moments. According to the newly released synopsis, the film picks up with Noah and Wade preparing to welcome twins. But when both are offered their dream jobs, their perfect life is thrown into chaos as one must take on the role of stay-at-home parent.

“What gift can life give the man who has everything?” the synopsis teases. “The answer is drama–and tons of it! Along with shocking plot-twists, laugh-out-loud comedy, and thrilling displays of dizzying, intoxicating, heart-lifting romance.”

The return of Noah’s Arc is a major moment for fans who’ve long hoped to revisit the world that changed the landscape for Black queer representation on screen. With its signature mix of heart, humor, and unapologetic storytelling, Noah’s Arc: The Movie is set to be a triumphant celebration of friendship, family, and love in all its forms.
