Nicki Minaj’s Lawyer Denies Allegations in New Lawsuit, Calls Claims “False and Frivolous”

In a new statement to TMZ, Nicki Minaj’s lawyer, Judd Burstein, has addressed the recent lawsuit filed against the music superstar by her former assistant. Burstein confirmed that, as of now, no formal complaint has been served to Minaj, who is legally known as Mrs. Petty after her marriage to Kenneth Petty. This leaves the legal team unaware of the specific nature of the allegations being made.

Burstein did not hold back in his defense of Minaj. Nicki’s lawyer Judd Burstein tells TMZ … “At this time, no complaint has been served upon Mrs. Petty (Nicki’s married name), and therefore, we are unaware of the specific allegations. However, if the lawsuit is as reported by TMZ, it is completely false and frivolous. We are confident that the matter brought by this ex assistant will be resolved swiftly in Mrs. Petty’s favor.”

For now, it seems Nicki Minaj and her team are focused on clearing her name.
