👀 Kim K & Kris Jenner Sue Ray J For Defamation After His “RICO” Claims: “This Time, He Went Too Far”

The drama between Ray J and the Kardashians has hit a whole new level — this time in court.

According to new legal docs filed by attorney Alex Spiro, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are suing Ray J for defamation, claiming he falsely accused them of being the subject of a federal racketeering investigation.

The lawsuit accuses Ray J of continuing a decades-long campaign of using Kim’s name to keep himself in the spotlight since their short-lived romance over 20 years ago. “Ray J is unable to accept the end of his fleeting relationship with Ms. Kardashian,” the suit states, adding that he’s repeatedly tried to exploit their fame for personal gain.

The breaking point? Ray J’s remarks in TMZ’s Tubi documentary “United States vs. Sean Combs,” where he said if someone told him the Kardashians were being charged with racketeering, “I might believe it.”

Kim and Kris claim that line was meant to “plant the seed.” Then, during a September 24 livestream with Chrisean Rock, Ray doubled down, telling viewers:

“The feds is coming, there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”

The lawsuit also points out that Ray J has a history of making wild statements about other celebs. Recently, he claimed he had been intimate with Sexyy Red — only to backtrack in her DMs, admitting he was “just trolling” and promising to apologize publicly.

For Kim and Kris, the trolling has gone too far. They say Ray J’s latest comments have caused “substantial and ongoing harm” to their personal and professional reputations.

Spiro emphasized: “Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian have never brought a defamation claim before nor have they been distracted by noise — but this false and serious allegation left no choice.”

The lawsuit seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, setting up yet another headline-worthy Kardashian courtroom battle.
