This all stems from Brittni’s lawsuit against the rapper, where she accused him of failing to secure a $500,000 life insurance policy for their 13-year-old son, Prince. Future has denied those claims.

Now, he’s firing back—asking the court not only to sanction Brittni but also to order her to cover his legal fees.

The situation has been messy on both sides. Brittni previously claimed Future hasn’t seen their son in over 16 months, while also denying accusations that she leaked anything to the media.

Adding another layer to the drama, Brittni is being represented by attorney Michael Sterling, who is also the partner of Eva Marcille from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
