Diddy’s Attorney Speaks Out Following $100M Default Judgment To Michigan Inmate

Diddy’s attorney is speaking out after news surfaced of the bad boy being hit with a $100 Million default judgment from a lawsuit filed by Michigan inmate Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith. Diddy took the L after he missed a court hearing.

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told PEOPLE in a statement, “This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years.” He continued,

“His resume now includes committing fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him, let alone been served with any lawsuit. Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed.”
