Rich Homie Quan’s Death Incident Report Reveals New Details

The recent release of Rich Homie Quan’s death incident report has shed light on the circumstances surrounding his passing. Since his death on September 5, there has been much speculation about the cause. According to XXL, the report includes accounts from the rapper’s brother, Andre Munford, and his girlfriend, Amber Williams—both of whom were the last to see him alive.

Munford reported discovering Quan asleep on the kitchen floor with food still in his mouth around 3 a.m., describing the scene as “very unusual.” He moved Quan to the couch, but by morning, his girlfriend Williams noticed he remained in the same position. After leaving to take her child to school, Williams returned to find Quan unresponsive. Despite attempts to wake him, Quan was cold and not breathing. Emergency services were called, and he was transported to Grady Hospital in Atlanta, where he was pronounced dead.
