DeVon Franklin is officially a married man! The preacher and film producer tied the knot with celebrity trainer Maria Castillo in a romantic, faith‑filled lakeside ceremony at Casa Lago Beverly Hills on Saturday, Aug. 2.

The intimate event brought together friends, family, and celebrity guests like Kelly Rowland, LeToya Luckett, Adrienne Bailon‑Houghton, and Israel Houghton. Guests walked through a candlelit photo path as harp and violin music set the mood.

Castillo stunned in a lace Galia Lahav gown with Spanish‑inspired details, while Franklin looked sharp in a dark Giorgio Armani suit. The pair exchanged heartfelt vows during a serene, pastor‑led ceremony before heading into an elegant reception featuring cream‑and‑blush florals, candlelight, and a soulful fusion of Dominican and African‑American cuisine.

Entertainment included DJ Don Juan, emcee Charles Jr. Chidi Ohaeri, and a surprise live performance of “Why I Love You” by MAJOR. For dessert, guests enjoyed Southern‑style treats like peach cobbler and sweet potato pie, plus a towering five‑tier cake.

The night ended with a lively Dominican “hora loca,” complete with dancers and stilt walkers. Franklin called the day “the beginning of something sacred and beautiful forever,” while Castillo described it as “a testimony of God’s goodness.”
