The undisputed boxing champion went live to address radio personality Mz Shyneka, who asked her during the interview, “How long are you willing to be in a relationship with somebody’s husband?” The question quickly went viral, with fans weighing in on Claressa’s relationship with rapper Papoose.

Now, Claressa says the viral clip didn’t tell the whole story.

During her livestream, Shields accused Mz Shyneka of acting differently on social media than she did face-to-face during the interview.

“You didn’t have that same energy when I was sitting right there,” Claressa said, criticizing the radio host for continuing to discuss the interview after it went viral.

The boxing champion also made personal allegations about Mz Shyneka’s past marriage, claiming the radio personality cheated on her former husband with a barber and suggesting that was the reason for her divorce. Those allegations have not been independently verified, and Mz Shyneka has not publicly responded to Claressa’s claims.

Shields also doubled down on her relationship with Papoose, once again addressing critics who continue to question their romance.

“I’m a bad ass bitch. My ass is real. My body is real. I look good AF in the face. I’m successful. I’m young. And the things that my Poo-NaNa can do is amazing. That’s why we’re together,” Claressa said during the livestream.

The outspoken champion previously stated that Papoose filed for divorce and insisted she is not involved with “somebody’s husband,” arguing that the public narrative surrounding the relationship has been one-sided.
