Antonio Brown is officially back on U.S. soil β€” and back behind bars. The former NFL superstar has been arrested and extradited from Dubai roughly six months after being accused of trying to shoot and kill a man during an Adin Ross boxing event in Florida.

According to TMZ Sports, 37-year-old AB was escorted by federal agents from the United Arab Emirates to the New York Metropolitan Area earlier this week. From there, he was handed over to local authorities and will soon be transported to South Florida, where the incident occurred.

Brown is expected to face one count of attempted second-degree murder with a deadly weapon.

The alleged victim, Zul-Qarnain Kwame Nantambu, claimed that Brown β€œsnapped” during the influencer boxing event and pulled out a handgun, attempting to shoot him.

AB has since denied the allegations, insisting that he was acting in self-defense and that people at the event were trying to jump and rob him.

This latest legal trouble adds to Brown’s already long list of controversies since leaving the NFL, leaving fans once again divided over whether he’s misunderstood β€” or out of control.
