The man accusing NFL star Stefon Diggs of sexual assault has reached a settlement in a separate lawsuit involving the football player’s brother, Darez Diggs.

According to newly obtained court documents, Christopher Griffith has agreed to dismiss his $10 million lawsuit against Darez Diggs and a Los Angeles apartment complex. The terms of the settlement have not been made public.

Griffith previously alleged that he was attacked by Darez and several others on May 29, 2023, claiming he suffered injuries and had more than $100,000 worth of personal property stolen during the incident.

The settlement comes as Griffith’s separate lawsuit against Stefon Diggs remains ongoing.

In that lawsuit, Griffith alleges that he was spending time at Stefon’s home when he was allegedly drugged. He claims the NFL star exposed himself, engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior, and made unwanted advances toward him.

Griffith further alleges that after the incident, Darez Diggs and two women threatened him against speaking publicly about what allegedly occurred. He claims he was later stripped of his clothing, placed on a flight, and eventually assaulted outside his apartment building by Darez and others.

Both Stefon and Darez Diggs have strongly denied all allegations.

The brothers previously filed counterclaims against Griffith, accusing him of defamation and alleging that his accusations are false and have damaged their reputations.

While the lawsuit against Darez has now been resolved through settlement, the legal battle between Griffith and Stefon Diggs continues to move through the court system.

No findings of wrongdoing have been made against any party, and all allegations remain subject to ongoing litigation.
