Dame Dash’s Stake In Roc-A-Fella Records Will Be Auctioned Off By The Feds

It has been reported that Damon Dash’s stake in Roc-A-Fella Records will be auctioned off by the federal authorities on August 29th in New York City. This auction marks a pivotal moment for the renowned record label co-founded by Dash, #JayZ, and Kareem #Biggs Burke in the mid-1990s.
According to official documents, interested bidders must register in advance by emailing Christopher Brown. Brown serves as the attorney for filmmaker Josh Webber, who secured a legal judgment against Dash a couple of years ago. The judgment, which amounted to over $800,000, was awarded for infringement of copyright and slander.
Sources indicate that the minimum bid for Dash’s 33.3% stake in Roc-A-Fella Records will be set at $1.2 million.
This auction presents a unique opportunity for investors and music enthusiasts to acquire a substantial portion of one of hip-hop’s most legendary labels.
