Young Thug Scores Major Win in RICO Case—Judge Orders Return of Luxury Cars, Jewelry & $150K Cash

In a major legal move, Young Thug just secured a court victory in his long-running RICO case. A Georgia judge ruled that the rapper will get back his seized luxury vehicles, jewelry, and cash — a huge turn in what’s been called the state’s longest criminal trial.

Judge Paige Whitaker of Fulton County Superior Court approved Thug’s appeal, giving the green light for his assets to be returned. On the list? Multiple Mercedes-Benz models, a 2018 Lamborghini Aventador, a 2022 Porsche 911, a Corvette, and two AMG GTs, plus nearly $150,000 in cash and a stash of high-end jewelry.

Thug’s attorney, Brian Steel, argued successfully that none of the property was tied to illegal activity. Prosecutors had previously claimed otherwise, but the court sided with Thug.

This ruling comes after the rapper, born Jeffery Williams, reached a plea deal in the high-profile RICO case. His agreement included a 40-year sentence with five years to serve in prison, the rest on probation, with credit for time already served.

While the case isn’t completely behind him, this latest win restores a piece of normalcy — and a whole lot of luxury — back into Young Thug’s world. For fans and the hip-hop community, it’s another twist in a trial that’s had everyone watching from day one.
