👀 T.I. Says 50 Cent Been Duckin’ the Smoke — Calls Him Out for Verzuz on “Nightcap”

T.I. is back talking big smoke — and this time, he’s got 50 Cent in his sights.

During his recent sit-down on Nightcap with Shannon Sharpe and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, the King of the South opened up about past Verzuz conversations and made it clear there’s one matchup he really wants: him vs. 50 Cent.

Tip explained that over the years, there have been several Verzuz offers thrown his way. While some names didn’t quite make sense to him, one battle he says would be undeniable is a showdown with the G-Unit general himself. According to T.I., he already extended the invite — but 50 hasn’t stepped into the ring.

“I called 50 out,” Tip shared, suggesting that the New York mogul has been avoiding the matchup. He went on to imply that 50 doesn’t want the smoke when it comes to going hit-for-hit in a Verzuz setting.

The idea of a T.I. vs. 50 Cent Verzuz instantly sparked debate online. Both rappers dominated the 2000s in different regions — T.I. with Southern anthems like “What You Know,” “Bring Em Out,” and “Live Your Life,” while 50 ran the charts with classics like “In Da Club,” “21 Questions,” and “Many Men.”

While Verzuz as a platform has slowed down from its pandemic-era peak, fans still love a good hypothetical battle — especially when two heavyweights are involved. And if there’s one thing 50 Cent is known for, it’s responding when his name gets called.

Now the ball is in 50’s court.

Would he step up for a Verzuz face-off with Tip? Or is this one battle that’ll stay in the group chat?
