Stefon Diggs Accuser Wants Judge to Force Him to Hand Over Financial Records in Defamation Battle ⚖️😳

The legal fight between Stefon Diggs and social media personality Christopher Blake Griffith is continuing to heat up.

According to new court filings, Griffith is asking a judge to force Diggs to turn over financial information and other records that could show whether the NFL star was actually harmed by the allegations made against him.

Griffith claims Diggs has been resisting the discovery process and refusing to provide evidence tied to his claims of reputational and financial damage.

His legal team argued that Diggs “does not get to sue and hide.”

As previously reported, Stefon Diggs sued Griffith for defamation in November after Griffith accused him of drugging, sexually assaulting, and later conspiring to kill him.

Diggs has denied the accusations and claims Griffith knowingly made false statements for attention online, seriously damaging his reputation in the process.

In the new filing, Griffith argues that Diggs cannot file a lawsuit claiming financial and personal harm while also blocking access to records that could test those claims.

The case remains ongoing.
