Remy Ma Arrested After Heated Exchange with Daughter of Her Son’s Alleged Murder Victim Outside Court

Things turned tense outside a New York City courthouse when rapper Remy Ma was seen in a verbal altercation with Jazmin Dior — the daughter of 47-year-old Darius Guillebeaux, the man Remy’s son is accused of murdering. The confrontation was caught on video and quickly circulated online, showing the two exchanging words in a heated back-and-forth.

This incident comes just weeks after Remy Ma’s son, Jason Scott, was arraigned in June 2024 and charged with multiple counts of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the fatal shooting of Guillebeaux in Queens, NY.

Jazmin Dior has now broken her silence, issuing a statement to The Shade Room about what went down outside court.

“One of the defendants’ mothers approached me with hostility, attitude, and attempted to escalate things physically — as if I was the one who had done something wrong,” Jazmin said.

“Let me be clear: her son is being charged with murdering my father in a cold-blooded, premeditated act. I came to court for justice and healing, not confrontation or disrespect. Her behavior only added more trauma to an already unbearable experience.”

Jazmin continued, calling Remy’s actions “disheartening and disturbing,” and said she was shocked the rapper didn’t approach the situation with compassion or remorse.

“Instead of acknowledging the pain and loss her son’s alleged actions have caused, she chose to lash out at me,” Jazmin added. “I am grieving a loss that cannot be replaced, and I will not allow anyone to shift blame or act like my pain is anything less than valid.”

At this time, it’s unclear what sparked the exchange or what words were said before cameras started rolling. Representatives for Remy Ma have not yet responded to the incident.
