Method Man & Kelly Rowland Light Up ATL at Relationship Goals Premiere

Atlanta rolled out the red carpet as Kelly Rowland and Clifford “Method Man” Smith stepped out for the premiere of Relationship Goals, Prime Video’s upcoming romantic comedy that’s already sparking buzz.

The screening brought out a stylish mix of cast members, producers, and cultural tastemakers. Rowland and Method Man, who lead the film, posed for photos alongside producers Michael Todd and DeVon Franklin, who attended with his wife Maria Castillo. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey also made an appearance, adding even more star power to the night.

Inspired by Michael Todd’s bestselling book, Relationship Goals isn’t your typical fairytale love story. The film dives into the messy, complicated reality of love, growth, and accountability — all wrapped in humor and heart.

Rowland stars as Leah Caldwell, a brilliant television producer on the brink of making history as the first woman to lead New York’s top-rated morning show. Just as she’s about to secure her dream role, the network throws her a curveball — her biggest competition for the job is her ex.

Enter Jarrett Roy, played by Method Man.

Jarrett claims he’s evolved and done the inner work, guided by the same relationship principles highlighted in the film. But Leah isn’t so quick to believe the transformation. As workplace rivalry and unresolved feelings collide, the two are forced to confront their past while navigating ambition, pride, and undeniable chemistry.

Beyond Leah and Jarrett’s storyline, the film also follows Leah’s tight-knit circle of friends as they begin reading the same life-changing book, sparking their own journeys through love, purpose, healing, and self-awareness.

Directed by Linda Mendoza and produced by DeVon Franklin, Relationship Goals features a supporting cast that includes Robin Thede, Ryan Jamaal Swain, Annie Gonzalez, and Matt Walsh.

The romantic comedy premieres on Prime Video February 4 — blending romance, career ambition, and real conversations about what it truly means to grow in love.
