Mo’Nique Calls On CBS To Fairly Compensate Her & Countess Vaughn For Their Time On ‘The Parkers’

Earlier this year, Mo’Nique filed a lawsuit against CBS and Paramount for their unpaid royalties from hit TV Show “The Parkers.”
Mo’Nique is now sending a public message to CBS asking the company to fairly compensate her and Countess Vaughn. The show has aired on several cable and streaming networks over the past 23 years. Mo’Nique and Vaughn starred in the ‘The Parkers’ sitcom from 1999 to 2004. The show aired for five seasons and released over 110 episodes.
Mo’Nique with her husband Sidney Hicks by her side expressed in their video that they stand with the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strike currently going on and ask that they support their fight as well. One of the reasons Mo’nique and Sidney are speaking out publicly is so that it won’t happen to anyone else in the future.
