Jada Pinkett Smith Accused of Threatening Will’s Former Friend: ‘Sign This NDA or Catch a Bullet!’ 😳💥

The drama surrounding the Smith household just took a wild turn, and this time, it’s hitting the courtroom.

Jada Pinkett Smith is being sued for $3 million by Bilaal Salaam — a man who claims he was Will Smith’s close friend for nearly 40 years and worked with the actor on both personal and professional projects.

According to court documents filed in November 2025, Salaam alleges Jada confronted him at Will’s 53rd birthday party in Calabasas back in September 2021. The gathering took place in a private movie theater, and Salaam claims Jada approached him with a seven-person entourage.

In the lawsuit, Salaam says Jada became “verbally aggressive,” accusing him of spreading her personal business. He claims Jada warned him that if he didn’t stop talking, he would “end up missing or catch a bullet.”

Salaam also alleges Jada demanded he sign a nondisclosure agreement “or else,” and claims one of her associates followed him to his car while continuing to yell threats in the parking lot.

The alleged tension didn’t end there.

Salaam says in March 2022, after Will shocked the world by slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars, Jada and Will’s team asked him to help with “crisis management.” Salaam claims he refused, saying he didn’t want to take part in anything “illegal, unethical, or morally compromising.”

According to the complaint, that refusal sparked a “retaliatory campaign” against him — one that escalated once Jada and Will allegedly found out Salaam was writing a “whistleblower memoir” about his decades-long relationship with the couple.

Salaam argues his reputation, livelihood, and peace have been affected ever since.

As of now, Jada Pinkett Smith has not publicly responded to the allegations.
