Florida Woman Sues Kraft Heinz Because Its Velveeta Shells And Cheese Is Not Ready in 3.5 Minutes As Advertised

Who knew Mac and Cheese could cause EMOTIONAL DAMAGE?
A Florida woman by the name of Amanda Ramirez filed a class action lawsuit against Kraft Heinz because it’s Velveeta Shells & Cheese is not actually “ready in 3 1/2” minutes, as advertised.
Amanda also says that 3.5 minutes is only the amount of time the food has to go in the microwave. The Floridian is stating she gathering a group of upset customers so they can get $5 Million. The company responded to these claims, “We are aware of this frivolous lawsuit and will strongly defend against the allegations in the complaint,” the company reportedly told USA Today.
