Diddy Sued By Former Model Who Claims He Drugged and Raped Her

Diddy we are tired of reporting on these casual and tape allegations against you! Yup! The Bad Boy has been hit with another lawsuit. This time it’s files by a former model named Crystal McKinney. She claims Diddy promised her career advancement and then drugged and raped her.

In 2003, when McKinney was 22 she says she was invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in NYC. She met Combs at the event and he invited her back to his studio.

She says shortly after their arrival, Combs and several of his friends were drinking Hennessy and passing around marijuana. She says she took a hit and felt as if she was floating. She believe the joint had been laced with a narcotic or other drug.

Crystal says Combs demanded she follow him to the bathroom, where he forced himself on her by kissing her and shoved her head down to his crotch telling her to “suck it.”

She refused, but Diddy pushed her head down forcing her to perform oral sex on him.

She started walking away but then felt woozy and lost consciousness. She says the next thing she knew she woke up in a taxi, and realized she had been sexually assaulted.

She claims she was subsequently blackballed from the modeling industry, got severely depressed and attempted suicide in 2004. The damages Crystal is seeking is unspecified.
