Former Danity Kane members Aubrey O’Day and Dawn Richard are set to testify against Sean “Diddy” Combs in his ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in Manhattan. O’Day, who was subpoenaed, has arrived in New York and is expected to take the stand this week or next. Richard is scheduled to testify on May 16, bringing firsthand accounts of alleged abuse within Diddy’s inner circle.

Both women rose to fame on MTV’s “Making the Band” and have previously spoken out about their negative experiences with Diddy. O’Day has accused him of grooming and controlling behavior, while Richard has filed a lawsuit alleging assault and witnessing abuse of others.

The trial, which began on May 12, 2025, includes charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. Prosecutors allege that Diddy ran a criminal enterprise through Bad Boy Records, using threats, drugs, and abuse to control victims.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His legal team contends that the accusations are financially motivated and that the acts in question were consensual.
