Cassie’s Mother Testifies She Wired $20K to Diddy After Sex Tape Threat
In a recent development during Sean “Diddy” Combs’s sex-trafficking and racketeering trial, Cassie Ventura’s mother, Regina Ventura, provided compelling testimony regarding a 2011 incident involving her daughter.
Regina Ventura recounted that Combs became enraged upon discovering Cassie’s brief romantic involvement with rapper Kid Cudi. He allegedly threatened to release explicit videos of Cassie unless he received $20,000. Fearing for her daughter’s safety, Regina took out a home equity loan to gather the demanded sum and wired it to Combs. Interestingly, the money was returned to her after “four or five days” without any explanation .
