During his latest sit-down with Bobbi Althoff, the Toronto superstar addressed long-running rumors that he had surgery on his abs and even got a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift).

When Althoff asked directly if he’d had any work done on his stomach, Drake denied it — but couldn’t resist leaning into the internet jokes.

“People also say that I got a BBL, right? They call me ‘BBL Drizzy.’ I don’t know if my wagon looked crazy when I walked in here, but did it?” he laughed, turning the viral nickname into a punchline.

Beyond the humor, Drake also got serious, responding to critics who label him a “culture vulture.”

“I experience a lot of guilt tripping in my life where people are like, ‘This is your fault,’” he explained. “My intentions are pure. People will describe the collaborative efforts I’ve put forth and the artists I’ve shined a light on as me taking. They’ll put a negative spin on it and try to tell me it’s self-serving. I get real sensitive about that.”
