Adrien Broner Hit With Sexual Battery Lawsuit Over Shocking Allegations From Woman Who Claims He Ignored Her Repeated ‘No’s
Former boxing champion Adrien Broner is facing serious legal allegations after a woman filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery, assault, defamation and emotional distress.
According to the lawsuit, filed by a woman identified as Havana Saint, the alleged incidents began after Broner invited her and several friends to an after-party on June 2, 2026.
Saint claims Broner encouraged her to consume large amounts of alcohol and, after she became too intoxicated to drive, offered her a place to stay at the home where the party was held.
In the complaint, Saint alleges that while she was staying there, Broner repeatedly pressured her to engage in sexual activity, including sexual intercourse, oral sex and other sexual acts. She claims she repeatedly refused and told Broner that she was not interested in men, explaining that she preferred women.
The lawsuit further alleges that Broner exposed himself and attempted to force physical contact despite her objections.
Saint says she returned to the home the following day and claims Broner became upset that they had not been intimate the night before. She alleges he attempted to drag her upstairs, but she refused and again told him she was not interested.
According to the filing, Saint encountered Broner again several days later at a livestream content house in Los Angeles County. She alleges that after becoming intoxicated, Broner physically pulled her from the residence and pressured her to accompany him to his home in Encino, where she says he again attempted to persuade her to have sex.
Saint alleges she continued to refuse.
She also claims that the following morning Broner poured ice water on her while she appeared on a livestream, leaving her humiliated and emotionally distressed.
Although Saint says she never had a sexual relationship with Broner, she alleges he later made statements during a livestream implying that they had been intimate.
The lawsuit also names streamer Nurideen Shabazz, known online as DeenTheGreat, alleging he made false and defamatory statements about her during a livestream.
In addition to Broner and Shabazz, Saint has also filed claims against the streaming platform Kick, alleging negligence.
At this time, the allegations remain unproven. Broner has not publicly responded to the lawsuit, and the claims will be addressed through the legal process.
