Stefon Diggs’ Accuser Says He Turned Over 100+ Pages Of Texts To Support Sexual Assault Claims As Legal Battle Heats Up

The legal battle between NFL star Stefon Diggs and his male sexual assault accuser is escalating, with new court filings revealing that the accuser says he has turned over more than 100 pages of messages and communications to support his allegations.

According to newly filed court documents, Christopher Griffith claims he provided over 100 pages of evidence, including iMessage conversations and Instagram direct messages allegedly exchanged with Diggs.

The filing comes after Diggs argued that Griffith failed to produce Instagram messages relevant to the case. However, Griffith claims the NFL star already has access to those conversations because they were exchanged between the two.

Diggs has argued that Griffith blocked him on Instagram, preventing him from accessing their previous messages, and has asked the court to compel Griffith to provide the records.

The dispute is part of a broader legal battle that began after Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit against Griffith, accusing him of spreading false allegations that damaged his reputation.

Griffith responded by filing a countersuit, alleging he was drugged and sexually assaulted at Diggs’ home. Diggs has strongly denied those allegations.

The case remains ongoing, and no court has ruled on the competing claims. Both parties continue to dispute the evidence as the legal proceedings move forward.
