Diddy Hit With New Lawsuit From Man Claiming He Was Sexually Assaulted as a Minor at Hollywood Party

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a man who alleges the music mogul sexually assaulted him when he was a minor after promising to discuss opportunities that could help advance his acting career.

According to court documents, the plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, claims he was a working child actor when he attended a Hollywood Hills networking party in 2007. The lawsuit alleges that Diddy approached him during the event and offered to speak privately about potential career opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Once alone, the plaintiff claims the encounter turned inappropriate. According to the lawsuit, he alleges Diddy began touching him before allegedly performing a sexual act on him despite his discomfort with the situation.

The plaintiff says he was left shocked by the encounter and left the party shortly afterward. He further claims Diddy told him he would keep him in mind for future opportunities before leaving him alone.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and also names additional parties, including individuals the plaintiff alleges had a responsibility to protect him from harm while attending the event.

Diddy has strongly denied the allegations.

In a statement provided to media outlets, Diddy spokesperson Juda Engelmayer called the accusations “false and ridiculous,” stating that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone and specifically denying any allegations involving a child.

The statement further alleges that the lawsuit is part of a growing number of claims being filed against the music executive and predicts the allegations will ultimately be disproven.

The lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal battles surrounding Combs, who has faced numerous civil allegations in recent years. As with all civil complaints, the claims outlined in the lawsuit remain allegations that have not been proven in court.
