GloRilla Arrested in Georgia on Serious Drug Charges, Released on $22K Bond

GloRilla is once again facing legal trouble in Georgia — this time for serious drug-related offenses.

TMZ has learned that the Memphis rapper was arrested Tuesday in Forsyth County and booked on two felony charges: possession of a scheduled controlled substance and possession of marijuana over one ounce. Both charges are considered major offenses under Georgia law.

According to jail records obtained by TMZ, GloRilla was taken into custody and later released the same day after posting a $22,000 bond. The specific circumstances leading to her arrest remain unclear, and authorities have not yet revealed what type of controlled substance was allegedly found.

This marks GloRilla’s second run-in with the law in Georgia in just over a year. Back in April 2024, TMZ broke the story of her arrest in Gwinnett County on DUI charges. Police say she made an illegal U-turn at a red light, prompting a traffic stop.

During that stop, officers reported smelling both marijuana and alcohol inside the vehicle. GloRilla allegedly admitted to drinking, and body cam footage from the scene showed her appearing shaky and struggling with a field sobriety test.

While her team has yet to issue a public statement, fans are already speculating online about how these mounting legal issues could impact her career.
