Shocking Audio of Cassie Threatening To Kill A Man Over Diddy Sex Tape Emerges in Court Proceedings

Explosive audio tied to the ongoing legal fallout surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs has surfaced — and this time, it involves a furious confrontation captured by singer Cassie Ventura herself.
In a newly released recording presented as evidence in court proceedings, Cassie is heard threatening a man named Sugit over his alleged viewing of one of Diddy’s explicit “freak off” sex tapes. The chilling audio, which was originally played during her sworn testimony, features Cassie demanding to see the video and unleashing a string of graphic threats.
“It’s my fking life and I’ll kill you,” Cassie can be heard yelling in the recording. “If you don’t show me right now I will kill you, and I will hide you and I will cut you up and put you in the fking dirt.” She continues, “I’ve never killed anybody in my life, but I will kill you. It’s not going to be blood on my hands. Someone else is going to do it.”
Court documents confirm that Cassie herself recorded the audio. While under cross-examination, she acknowledged capturing the heated exchange and confirmed its authenticity. The man, Sugit, is not believed to be a direct party to the legal battle involving Diddy, but rather an individual allegedly in possession of or exposed to the illicit footage.
This newly publicized clip is the latest bombshell in the sprawling legal saga facing Diddy, who has been hit with multiple lawsuits and federal investigations related to alleged sex trafficking, abuse, and criminal conspiracy. Cassie, once romantically linked to the music mogul, filed a high-profile lawsuit in late 2023 accusing Diddy of years of abuse — a case that was settled shortly after filing, but which continues to reverberate as evidence and related incidents emerge.
While legal analysts say the tape may complicate perceptions of Cassie’s role in the scandal, it also underscores the chaotic, volatile, and disturbing dynamics swirling around Diddy’s alleged inner circle.
As the investigation into Diddy intensifies, this audio is expected to be examined further as part of a broader evidentiary review. Neither Cassie nor representatives for Diddy have publicly commented on the release of the recording as of this writing.
