Orlando Brown is once again making explosive claims—this time aimed at Ray J.

In a recent, chaotic online rant, the former Disney Channel star accused Ray J of allowing him to smoke weed at his house when he was just 13 years old—without his mother’s consent.

“Also, what Ray J doesn’t understand is he was wrong for letting me come over his house when I was 13 and smoke weed against my mother’s permission,” Brown said during the video. “Come on, Ray J. You are the dope man. You sold Whitney the death bag.”

Brown didn’t stop there. He repeatedly referred to Ray J as “the dope man,” alleging that he was involved with providing drugs to high-profile figures like Diddy, Cassie, and the late Whitney Houston. “You the dope man for Diddy and Cassie. You the dope man. You know? You the dope man,” he repeated.

The unfiltered tirade continued as Brown called out Ray J for his recent behavior online. “And then you have the audacity to sit there on your… whatever that is. I guess I should’ve seen a preview of it for my son. I’m the kingpin. Oh, are you the kingpin? Let me know,” he mocked, seemingly referencing a viral clip where Ray J jokingly referred to himself as a “kingpin.”

Brown also accused Ray J of trying to make himself appear “uncredible” on purpose by making erratic statements like claiming he’d go to court “butt naked.” According to Brown, “You’re saying stuff like that so it would be inadmissible in court.”

“You wanna be deemed uncredible as a witness. So you’re saying things like, ‘Oh, I’m gonna go show up butt naked,’ and, ‘I was the kingpin,’” he added. “Somebody advised you right. They told you to do the Orlando Brown.”

Neither Ray J nor his team has publicly responded to Brown’s accusations.

The latest outburst adds to Orlando Brown’s long history of controversial and erratic public statements, many of which have gone viral in recent years. Fans have expressed concern over Brown’s mental health and well-being, while others are waiting to see if Ray J will address the claims.
